Hey Body of Mine
Beneath all the layers of flesh, patterns of movement and beliefs – access and feel the richness of your inner being for the first time

Hey Body of mine
Supple your inner body as you spiral through the fifth line, reigniting to the magnificence that waits patiently inside

Hey Body of mine
As you gyro and the heads of the bones are lifted out of the narrow into space long passed the physical long, you lengthen gracefully like a dancer of the Energy de Ballet

Hey Body of mine
Through a daily practice of GYROTONIC ®, you are the instrument that plugs my being back to the universe

As my awareness slips away from you during the day, with a mindful nudge, you realign so gracefully with an inhale and exhale driving my movement –bringing me back to the gyro juice

Hey Body of mine
Membrane of all
Arch in-service to the omnipresence that flows from the fulcrum of extension

Curl deeply inside the royal palace of the narrow and experience the divine exchange of your corporeal existence as you lift your heart to the arch of your incorporeal being

Rothman Poem

Sunday, November 6th, 2011

To push or pull the Cart or Barrow
I did recall Myself to narrow

To not deny the Figure 8
As Seaweed I did undulate

Intending to this Soul perfect
I did endeavor to connect

While searching for the Holy Grail
I came upon the Lobster Tail

When Oyster offered Me its Pearl
I wondered should I arch —or curl

Let the Tiger start his spring
The Bee his dance perchance to sting
Let the Eagle find his wing.
