Paola Rostagno-Lasky taught ballet for a decade in her native Torino, Italy, while completing a curriculum of didactic courses at the Academie de Danse Classique Princesse Grace in Monte Carlo. Relocating to New York City in 1997, she joined Julio Horvath’s studio “White Cloud,” to study the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®, and also had the pleasure of working with Sebastian Plettenberg. She was certified in GYROTONIC® in 1998, and in GYROKINESIS® in 1999. While establishing a successful private practice for over a decade, she has certified in the GYROTONER®, has attended the Gyrotonic level 2 course given by Juliu Horvath, and has completed the Gyrotonic Therapeutic Applications courses for the pelvic girdle, scoliosis and shoulder girdle with Paul Horvath.
