The experienced staff at GYROTONIC® Manhattan currently offers various levels of services that include private, semi-private and group instruction in GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® exercise, as well as teacher training and equipment rentals.
Top levels of Services:
All group classes at GYROTONIC® Manhattan are one-hour in length unless noted otherwise on our Online Scheduler. For the convenience of our clients, all sessions can be paid for individually or as a discounted Pre-Paid Package of 10 or more. Group classes at GYROTONIC® Manhattan include:

Teacher training is also available at GYROTONIC® Manhattan. Administered by Gyrotonic Educational Headquarters, the Gyrotonic educational curriculum, which includes Gyrokinesis exercises and instruction on all the Specialized Equipment, was created and memorialized by Juliu Horvath himself. Each course has prerequisites and a corresponding license agreement that permits an individual to teach clients and/or prospective teachers. Master Trainer Sebastian Plettenberg is authorized to teach all courses in the Gyrotonic educational curriculum, and has trained thousands of instructors around the world.
