Private and semi-private sessions are available six days a week from 7am to 8pm, or by appointment. Each session is
tailored to your needs to help you reach your goals. Our clients range from professional actors and dancers to world class skaters and
gymnasts to weekend warriors.
Because Gyrotonic Manhattan is also a Teacher Training Center, you can request a session with one of our Master Teachers!
